Description

Description

Ppusher Aluminum Intake Manifold for Powerstroke 6.0L turbo diesel engines in 2005-2007 Ford Superduty trucks.

The factory intake elbow on the 6.0L Powerstroke equipped 2005-2007 Ford Superduty trucks is a major choke point in the factory charge air system. It features a sharp 90 degree turn and tapers down to and internal diameter of 2.47". Simply replacing the factory intake elbow with a Pusher intake manifold nets a 65% gain in flow under the identical inlet pressure. This gain is accomplished by matching the factory pre and post intercooler charge tube's material of 3" mandrel bent 16ga tubing.

  • The 3" Pusher Intake for the 6.0L Powerstroke is built from fully TIG welded and mandrel bent 6061-T6 aluminum tubing.
  • It features a 1/2" thick flange which utilizes a new factory o-ring gasket as well as 1/8" NPT ports for a boost gauge reference or injectors.
  • For an additional charge, select powdercoating colors are available on this manifold.
