Description

Description

Pusher Intake Manifold for Powerstroke 6.0L turbo diesel engines in 2005-2007 Ford Superduty trucks.

The factory intake elbow on the 6.0L Powerstroke equipped 2005-2007 Ford Superduty trucks is a major choke point in the factory charge air system. It features a sharp 90 degree turn and tapers down to and internal diameter of 2.47". Simply replacing the factory intake elbow with a Pusher intake manifold nets a 65% gain in flow under the identical inlet pressure. This gain is accomplished by matching the factory pre and post intercooler charge tube's material of 3" mandrel bent 16ga tubing.

  • The 3" Pusher Intake for the 6.0L Powerstroke is built from fully TIG welded and mandrel bent tubing.
  • It features a 1/2" thick flange which utilizes a new factory o-ring gasket as well as 1/8" NPT ports for a boost gauge reference or injectors.
  • For an additional charge, select powdercoating colors are available on this manifold.

Great intake elbow

This elbow is of good quality. Powder coating was really well done. Nice addition under the hood. Would buy pusher products again.
