This is the optimum, no "cut corners" way to give your truck some much needed additional air and clean up the engine bay in a big way.

  • Intake Manifold-
  • The Pusher Intake Manifold is built around a 3.5" inlet that smoothly transitions to two 3" mandrel bent tubes. This design also enabled the use of a short bolt in place of the long driver-side flange bolt that passes right through the center of the stock manifold air plenum. Thus freeing up airflow even more yet maintaining the stock six bolt pattern for a proper seal. The twin tube design nearly doubles the outlet size of the stock manifold while minimizing the impact of the initial section of the number one injector line. These design features amount to a 49.4% increase in flow over the factory manifold. With this vast improvement over the stock manifold you can expect quicker turbo spool, lower EGT's, and less over all strain on your motor. This manifold also includes instructions, a polished stainless dipstick mount, port plugs, a factory Cummins gasket and hardware to make installing this intake extremely easy. You will need to delete all of your factory emissions equipment as the manifold does not have provisions to use any of it. This manifold is for off road use only. For an additional charge, select powdercoating colors are available on this manifold.
  • Individual EGR Bypass part overview-
  • Coolant from the coolant riser is rerouted to the far back port of the cylinder head for better cooling via the Pusher coolant riser adapter and molded hose.
  • Intake manifold block off plate and coolant riser adapter is fully machined 6061-T6 aluminum then finished in our trademark titanium anodizing to keep them looking great. The underside of the plate and the adapter utilize o-rings for a superior seal. Also machined into the plate is a boost sensor port.
  • Exhaust manifold block off plates are stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance. The rear plate has a threaded port for easy installation of an EGT probe.
  • Transmission dipstick tube bracket is stainless steel as well and keeps the dipstick close to the valve cover for a cleaner look while making room for different turbo configurations.
  • Hoses are all premium quality and sourced from well known manufacturers.
  • Works on cab and chassis models and trucks equipped with manual transmissions

Looks good and keeps EGT's down 80-100 degrees. Very easy to install. Time consuming but the direction are as good as they get!! only 4 stars because they didn't have the color I ordered and had to settle because I wanted my parts now.

Great design on this intake, fits perfectly, better than block off plates on the original intake any day, obvious time taken in design, simple and effective, in my opinion the best on the market for what its intended for, smooth nonrestrictive airflow.
