Description Technical Specs Frequently Asked Questions

Full 3.5" post intercooler intake system with Cross-Air for Cummins 5.9 liter turbo diesel engines in 2003-2007 Dodge Ram pickup trucks.
Features
The Mega Intake System with Cross-Air replaces all of your 3” factory post intercooler plumbing and intake manifold with 3.5” mandrel bend tubing, heavy duty 4-ply silicone couplers and stainless T-bolt clamps. The Cross-Air taps into an existing port at the front and back of the cylinder head which greatly helps equalize air flow to cylinders 1, 5 and 6. The manifold is fitted with a half inch thick CNC laser cut flange and a total of four 1/8” NPT ports to handle any combination of sensors and injectors. Unlike other Pusher intake systems this system is NOT capable of being run with or without the heater grid. Included are instructions, heavy duty 4-ply silicone couplers, stainless T-bolt clamps, a factory Cummins gasket, factory Cummins bolts, and port plugs. For an additional charge, select powdercoating colors are available on this manifold. So why the extra .5”? This kit is not compatible with the APPS mounted in the stock location on 2003-2005 trucks. You must relocate or purchase the Pusher APPS relocation bracket to use the Cross-Air on trucks equipped with a APPS.

Pusher rocks! June 27, 2016

I have a lifted 2006 crew cab Cummins, running the 37" tires really hurt the performance especially towing a 30' boat. I ended up hurting the motor and began a rebuild with extra goodies, at this point i began talking with Adam at Pela Motorsports to figure out the best options for my truck. I went back and forth doing a lot of research and finally pulled the trigger on the Pusher High Mount Compound kit as well as their Mega Crossair and boy am i glad i did! The kit was easy to install and performance flawlessly, smooth power all the way. I have it matched up with 60% over injectors and dual CP3's. More then enough power, pulls any load i put behind it effortlessly, and EGT's always stay nice and low.
