Description Technical Specs

Pusher two piece intake manifold for the 7.3L Powerstroke turbo diesel engines in 1999.5-2003 Ford Superduty trucks.
Features
The Pusher intake manifold for the 7.3L Powerstrokes splits the poorly designed one piece factory manifold in two pieces. This drastically reduces the heat transfer between the hot compressed air exiting the turbo to the inlet Y of intercooled air at the cylinder heads. The design has been optimized to deliver equalized flow within .1% between the left and right outlets. The factory heater coil port is deleted for increased flow as well. This manifold comes standard with instructions, four 1/8 inch NPT ports and corresponding port plugs. For an additional charge, select powdercoating colors are available on this manifold.

Great customer service!! After I ordered they contacted me within an hour to let me know that they had the color I selected back ordered and would be in later that week. Extremely up front and friendly!
The manifold came as described and looks better in person than in the pictures (I got the blue). Clean install and the but dyno can tell there is more power all the way through from idle.

7.3 intake review June 15, 2018
Reviewer: Joey Baran from Maypearl, TX United States
I am loving these Pusher intake!  Said with a Russian accent.
My buddies were telling me how much I would like the Pusher intake and they were right as it performs nicely and allows me to mod my truck even more with the added ports. Very nice design. Only con I had was with the install where the tube clearance took some effort to create.

Pusher Intake Review. March 12, 2018
Reviewer: Forrest Logsdon from DAYTONA, FL United States
I was satisfied with the intake, the build quality is good.
But i have Plenum inserts and a Ats housing on my turbo an it made it a PITA to get it lined up properly. Not the intakes fault but the Inserts put a lip above the plenum in which pushed the cold side pipe up into the hot side, i believe that knowing an aftermarket, inventory of the products that maybe paired with your item would help fitment.
But none the less not a fault just an improvement. I didnt notice a performance increase as of yet. But i DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND this split spider for anyone getting an ATS housing to cure surge. Its almost VITAL. Because certain build date ATS housings are garbage an wont aling on the factory spider properly. So this intake solves a ton of issues.
Overall, price is reasonable for the quality an fabrication. If you are planning on running Nos, Meth, or Ats housing i would say its a must. It does look nice installed aswell even tho i beat the paint up wrestling it around the inserts =/
