FEATURES
  • Replaces the entire anemic factory intake manifold, plastic cold side charge tube and cold air intake assembly
  • The Pusher Intake Manifold delivers maximum and perfectly equalized air flow to each cylinder head
  • Both the Pusher cold side charge tube and cold air intake are routed via the shortest most efficient flow path
  • A TIG welded aluminum upper filter box utilizes the very effective factory lower filter box and ducting from the grill to create a true cold air intake. A tinted plexiglas window and the use of the factory filter minder allows you to monitor the condition of the air filter
  • The Pusher 45 CAL Air Filter utilizes the same materials and design as the 50 CAL filters tested and proven in all of the Pusher compound turbo systems
  • The entire system is constructed around mandrel-bent steel tubing with CNC-machined sensor ports and flanges for an insanely rugged system designed and built to last the life of your truck
  • Includes all new HD silicone connections, full stainless T-bolt clamps, gaskets, hardware, and a CCV reroute kit for a 100% complete bolt on install

Wow what an amazing kit you have designed and built. I’ve installed a few intake systems in my time, and honestly.. nothings fit this damn good.
My hands took quite the beating from the damn firewall though, you make it look too simple haha.
I’ve always been a GM guy my whole life, so this is my first Ford. And you guys keep making me love it even more.
Your powdercoat finish, the welds (Im a Steamfitter-Pipefitter Journeyman, so I literally work with pipe all day) are fantastic, and the fitment was just great.

Im not one to really brag or hype a product.. but you guys did nail it. Can’t say how happy I am with the products.  The coolant reroute is a 100% must, cleans the bay right up. And your airbox with the shadow’d logo has to be my favourite part. You guys killed it.

I did a big camping trip last weekend through the mountains. About 5 hours each way.. I could definitely notice cooler temps about 100F drop in EGT's and some better mileage (nothing crazy, but definitely improved) and you can really hear her suck the air. I love it haha.

Now you guys really got me thinking about the compound set up!

I am super happy with the intake system that I purchased! The quality of the welds and bends are top notch and the powder coat is awesome!! I would highly recommend going with Pusher Intakes for the powerstroke ! The guys at Pusher Intakes are really friendly also when you have a question so that is a big plus!!

Install was relatively easy. Highly recommend silicone spray on components during install. Looks great and truck can finally breathe, like we did before covid!! Did my own coolant reroute and vacuum reroute. Also recommended ccv reroute to exhaust. Huge positive difference altogether.

Nice fit and paint quality, good quality hardware and clamps included also easy installation with a clean look when done.  Bought it for the enclosed filter due to being in dusty conditions  not a lot of miles on it but seems to be doing well.  Only concern is filter life, but not many miles yet.
